If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. About BuzyTeam

BuzyTeam is a cloud-based workforce management platform designed to help organizations manage their teams, employees, workflows, and internal operations.

The platform may include, but is not limited to, the following modules:

  • HR Management
  • Attendance & Leave Management
  • Payroll Management
  • Team Tracking
  • Project Management
  • Task Management
  • Performance Management
  • Training & SOP Management
  • Internal Communication (Chat & Video)
  • Reports & Analytics
  • HR Settings and Organization Management

BuzyTeam provides software tools to support business operations but does not replace professional HR, legal, financial, or compliance advice.

2. Eligibility

To use BuzyTeam:

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
  • You must register on behalf of a legitimate business or organization
  • You must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

3. Account Registration

To access BuzyTeam services, users must create an account.

You agree that:

  • All information provided during registration is accurate and complete
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account

Organizations are responsible for managing access permissions for their employees and users within the platform.

BuzyTeam will not be responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised login credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

BuzyTeam operates on a subscription-based pricing model.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Free Trials

At the end of the trial period, continued use requires activation of a paid subscription.

Customers retain full ownership of all data uploaded or stored within the BuzyTeam platform, including:

  • Attendance data
  • Payroll records
  • Documents and internal communications
  • Reports and analytics

By using the platform, customers grant BuzyTeam a limited license to:

  • Process
  • and Transmit Such Data

solely for the purpose of providing the services.

BuzyTeam does not sell or commercially exploit customer data.

8. Data Security

BuzyTeam implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect customer data.

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Managing user permissions
  • Maintaining secure login credentials
  • Ensuring appropriate data usage within their organization

BuzyTeam is not liable for data loss resulting from user negligence or unauthorized account access.

9. Service Availability

BuzyTeam strives to maintain high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

  • System maintenance
  • Updates and upgrades
  • Infrastructure failures
  • Third-party service disruptions

BuzyTeam may schedule maintenance windows where services may temporarily be unavailable.

10. Platform Updates

BuzyTeam may update, modify, or enhance the platform from time to time.

  • Interface updates
  • Security enhancements

Certain updates may alter how features function. BuzyTeam reserves the right to modify or discontinue features without prior notice.

11. Third-Party Integrations

  • Storage systems

Use of such integrations may be subject to the terms and policies of the respective third parties.

BuzyTeam is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the BuzyTeam platform, including:

  • Software
  • Design
  • Trademarks
  • Content
  • Documentation

remain the exclusive property of BuzyTeam.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for internal business purposes.

Users may not:

  • Copy
  • Reverse engineer
  • Redistribute
  • Modify
  • Or Commercially Exploit

any part of the platform without written permission.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the use of the platform.

Confidential information includes:

  • Business processes
  • Employee information
  • Financial data
  • Internal documentation

This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuzyTeam shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data or business opportunities
  • Operational interruptions

The total liability of BuzyTeam shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months.

15. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless BuzyTeam against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of the platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Infringement of third-party rights

16. Suspension and Termination

BuzyTeam may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Subscription payments are overdue
  • The platform is used in violation of these Terms
  • Activities pose security risks to the platform

Customers may terminate their subscription at any time by providing written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Access to the platform may be revoked
  • Data retention policies may apply

17. Data Retention

Upon termination or expiration of services:

  • BuzyTeam may retain customer data for a limited period
  • Customers may request export of their data before deletion

After the retention period, data may be permanently deleted from the system.

Use of BuzyTeam is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes how personal and organizational data is collected, processed, and stored.

Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy carefully.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where BuzyTeam operates.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

20. Changes to Terms

BuzyTeam reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be published on the platform or website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
